Product Innovation Ltd charges fees for the various stages at below normal consulting rates. This means that ‘up-front’ money is kept to a minimum, at a time when all the cash flow is negative.

In return for this low cost start we ask for small bonus payments related to the products sales. This may be a fixed sum per unit, or a small percentage of sales revenue. The precise arrangement will be negotiated in advance and will be included in the formal proposal. In this way each party knows exactly what to expect, and there can be no unpleasant surprises on either side.
